Voting for Proportional Representation

The speaker is the past president of Fair Vote Canada Vancouver. In the fall of 2018, British Columbia voters will vote in a referendum on whether to adopt an electoral system based on proportional representation. With a proportional system, almost every vote will count, and the legislature will more closely reflect how people voted. Fair Vote Canada BC is a non-profit, non-partisan citizens campaign for proportional representation. They are seeking to provide information to voters and answer questions about the choices in this referendum.
