Lori is known for building communities which ensures a strong foundation for diversity, equity, inclusion and collaboration. Lori believes so strongly in the power of community building to change lives, organizations, and the world itself that she spent 3 years researching and writing a book about it; Sounding the Drum: Community Building in the Digital Age. She will talking to us from her home in Ottawa, Ontario.
