Some comments from Darren:  It has always been important for me to share the benefits of my experiences with the members of my community. My role as a Chair with TEC Canada gives me the opportunity to support small businesses in Burnaby and Metro Vancouver. A TEC Canada Chair provides one-to-one business coaching, as well as facilitating peer group coaching for CEOs and top executives.

My recent, ongoing journey with cancer has brought this aspiration into sharp focus.
