The Rotary Club of Burnaby - Deer Lake Festival of Lights has been making life a bit brighter for Burnaby students through their Boots for Kids program. Since the inception of the Boots for Kids program, over 3,200 students have received new boots. The funds raised through the Festival of Lights provide the funds to purchase these new boots. We are thankful for our sponsors and the City of Lougheed Mall to ensure the legacy of the Festival of Lights that is in its 27th year.
